Policy & Facility Regulations

1. Student Requirements

• All students must provide their own protective gear, including: 

o DOT/ECE-approved helmet

o Knee protection

o Elbow protection

o Gloves

• Mandatory attire during training: 

o Long trousers

o Closed-toe shoes

o Slippers and shorts are strictly prohibited

• Students must always wear their designated reflective vest during training sessions.

• A valid government-issued ID must be presented upon registration and during attendance checks.

• Students under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the official Declaration of Consent prior to participation.

2. Course Policy

• All Q8 Moto Academy courses are subject to a strict no-refund policy once registration.

3. Visitor Guidelines

• Visitors are not permitted inside the training or operational zones.

• Viewing and seating areas are provided for guests and guardians and must be respected at all times.

4. Liability & Indemnity Declaration

By enrolling in Q8 Moto Academy, each student acknowledges and agrees to the following:

I have read and understood the regulations governing Q8 Moto Academy events and training sessions. In consideration of my participation, I agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Kuwait Motor Sports Club, the Government of Kuwait, the FIM, FIA, event organizers, sports agents, representatives, employees, and all persons assisting in the event, as well as property owners and tenants of any private land used during the event, from any and all claims, costs, expenses, or demands arising from injury, death, or damage to myself or others, regardless of cause, including negligence.

This indemnity is binding upon my heirs, executors, and legal representatives. I declare that I possess the necessary competence for participation and that my vehicle is suitable and safe for the event. I agree to abide by all current and future rules and regulations set forth by Q8 Moto Academy and its affiliates.

I fully acknowledge the inherent risks associated with motorsports and confirm my understanding of the dangers involved. I commit to following all instructions issued by Q8 Moto Academy management, organizers, and marshals.


Training Hours Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  1. Each student is entitled to cancel a maximum of two (2) training hours without any deduction from their training balance, provided that the administration is notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  2. If the student exceeds the allowed two cancellations, any additional cancellations will be deducted from the total registered training hours.
  3. Absence from a training session without prior notice, or with notice given less than 24 hours before the session, will be considered a cancellation subject to direct deduction from the training balance.
  4. The administration reserves the right to reschedule a session in cases of force majeure or operational reasons, provided that coordination is made with the student to choose an appropriate alternative time.
  5. Students are not entitled to request refunds for canceled hours once the allowed cancellation limit has been exhausted.



السياسات ولوائح استخدام منشآت الأكاديمية 

1. متطلبات الطلاب

• يجب على جميع الطلاب توفير معدات الحماية الشخصية الخاصة بهم، وتشمل: 

o خوذة معتمدة من DOT/ECE

o حماية للركبتين

o حماية للمرفقين

o قفازات

• الزي الإلزامي أثناء التدريب: 

o بنطال طويل

o أحذية مغلقة

o يُمنع ارتداء الشورت أو النعال بشكل صارم أثناء التدريب

• يجب على جميع الطلاب ارتداء السترة العاكسة المخصصة لهم طوال فترة التدريب.

• يجب تقديم بطاقة هوية حكومية سارية المفعول عند التسجيل وأثناء الحضور.

• الطلاب الذين تقل أعمارهم عن 18 عامًا يجب أن يحصلوا على توقيع ولي الأمر على نموذج الموافقة الرسمي قبل المشاركة.

2. سياسة الدورات التدريبية

• جميع الدورات المقدمة من الأكاديمية تخضع لسياسة عدم الاسترداد قيمة الدورة بشكل صارم

3. تعليمات الزوار

• لا يُسمح للزوار بدخول مناطق التدريب أو التشغيل.

• تم تخصيص مناطق للمشاهدة والجلوس للضيوف وأولياء الأمور ويجب احترامها في جميع الأوقات.

المستحقة قانونیا واتفاقا مادیا عن اي اضرار او خسائر تلحق بي او بممتلكاتي الشخصیة والعینیة او الوفاة لا قدر لله الناجمة عن الخطأ غی ر

العمد بكافة صوره والتي تنتج اثناه ممارستي لھذه الریاضة السابق بیانھا باعلاه من قبل كل من مشرفي النادي او مدربیة والنادي الكو یتي

الریاضي للسیارات والدراجات الالیة او اي من وكلاتھم وموظفیھم افرادھم اقر بعلمي التام عن الاخطار المحتملة نتیجة ممارستي السباق او

التدریبات او الفصول والدورات والنشاطات التدریبیة , واتعھد باحترامي لكافة القرارات الصادرة عن إدارة ومنظمي ومراقبي الاكادیمیة

الكویتیة للدراجات الناری ة .


سياسة إلغاء وإعادة جدولة الساعات التدريبية

          1.       يحق لكل طالب إلغاء عدد (2) ساعتين تدريبيتين كحد أقصى دون أن يترتب على ذلك أي خصم من رصيده التدريبي، شريطة إشعار الإدارة قبل موعد الحصة بـ (24) ساعة على الأقل.

          2.       في حال تجاوز الطالب عدد الساعتين المسموح بهما، يُخصم أي إلغاء إضافي من إجمالي الساعات التدريبية المسجلة باسمه.

          3.       يُعدّ الغياب عن الحصة التدريبية دون إشعار مسبق، أو إشعار قبل أقل من (24) ساعة من موعدها، إلغاءً مستوجبًا للخصم المباشر من الرصيد التدريبي.

          4.       تحتفظ الإدارة بحق إعادة جدولة الحصة في حال وجود ظروف قاهرة أو أسباب تشغيلية، على أن يتم التنسيق مع الطالب لاختيار موعد بديل مناسب.

          5.       لا يحق للطالب المطالبة باسترداد أي مبالغ مالية مقابل الساعات الملغاة بعد استنفاد الحد المسموح
